The CA Skin Institute space is clean and welcoming, all staff members are very nice. My follow up appointment was quick and informational, they got to me exactly on time and I left feeling good about our plan moving forward. I'll be back and would recommend!

Dr Lauren Scotts is friendly and professional in a casual way that helps me feel very comfortable to ask any questions. I also appreciate how she collaborates with her assistant.

Susy answered all my Botox questions before I got my injections. Love getting her professional advice. This is my second time getting Botox and I absolutely love it.

Nice doctor, but terrible prescription refill service. I went to see my new doctor in June/July and she prescribed a topical solution which worked really well. When I went back end of September for a re-check I inquired about a refill and they said they'd request it. Then I went again end of October and asked for a refill again and they said they'd check again with the pharmacy. A week later I called the clinic and asked again and they asked me to call the pharmacy to facilitate the process. I called the pharmacy and they said they have never received a refill request, so they fax a request form to the clinic. I then called several times the same day to make sure someone actually fill out the fax refill form, this time, after 2 months chase and several phone calls on my part to do their job, it finally went through. So for new patients just be prepared you'd have to end up doing part of their administrative job for this provider to get your medical service.

Carrie was excellent to work with. She was competent, knowledgeable, professional, and yet kind and nurturing at the same time. I recommend her highly!
