i scheduled a consultation months in advance and a week before the scheduled consultation I review an email stating because the Drs schedule changes the soonest he could see me is in 2 more MONTHS. No phone call, no context of the change, no effort to extend their schedule on a sooner date to make up for this last minute change. I had already requested time off and planned coverage for my job. Very unprofessional!

I had the best experience with Paul and his office! He listens to what I want, answers all my questions, and offers relevant expert advice. I feel so comfortable and I love the results. He’s very careful and I have minimal bruising afterwards. He is very skilled and enhances natural features to be exceptionally flattering. Highly recommend Dr. Paul Mittermiller!

Dr. Mittermiller was absolutely amazing!! I was seeking out the best option to remove several skin tags on my face, I had hesitated for so long because of fear of scaring. Dr. Mittermiller examined me during a consultation and assured me that he could easily remove the skin tags from my face as well as others he found on my neck and body with little to no scaring, he did not pressure me or over sell the procedure. I actually became very comfortable due to his calm and confident approach, I was also extremely impressed by the professionalism of his staff and the cleanliness and well managed office and clinic space. I had the procedure done on May 18 2022 and I waiting until now to write this review because I wanted to make sure that my face and body healed well before I praised the initial interaction I had under the care of Del Rey MD. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Paul Mittermiller and his medical staff at Del Rey MD. My life has changed for the better after the procedure he performed on me and I truly appreciate the doctor and his staff.

After our 3 year old son split his lip in half, Dr Mittermiller came from home at 8:00 PM and stitched it back together. He was so caring and gentle that our son didn't really freak out while having needles in his lip. After a month or so now you can't even tell where the injury was. Dr Mittermiller's office and staff are lovely (and wow what a view of the Marina). Although we hope we don't ever need emergency plastic surgery again, it is comforting to know we have someone we can go to that will provide excellent care with a fantastic bedside manner.

I recently had a septoplasty x rhinoplasty x turbinate reduction and Dr. Mittermiller was incredible throughout the entire process! I was nervous for years to get my damaged septum/front of my nose fixed. Dr. Mittermiller made sure I was comfortable from the first appointment until after the procedure was done. He most certainly cares about his patients and his work is remarkable! My procedure was less than a month ago and you can't even tell! I would highly recommend Dr. Mittermiller to anyone in need of nasal surgery. He's the best!
