Usually not a huge fan of leaving reviews! But for this place I had to! Dr. Priya Patel was amazing!!! She did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable and welcomed. Not only did she assure me everything would be good! She explained everything and was very patient with me. And didn’t proceed until I understood and had all my questions answered. Will definitely recommend this place and will be in the future

I would not recommend this place. I booked the appointment for my teen daughter for Saturday at 4:15. My daughter returned from school feeling sick the Friday before. I attempted to reschedule online, but the message came up, “ too soon to reschedule.” I took a screenshot. I called in the morning to explain the situation. The person answering the phone was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. She stated she would not reschedule, used foul language, and hung up. In response to my review, the owner claimed my appointment was confirmed. This is not true. I took a screenshot showing it was “unconfirmed.” Regardless, the person on the phone was terrible and not willing to listen. After further research, it appears that this place is run by a physician assistant who is engaged in the unlicensed practice of medicine. Be aware.

Priya is incredible! Priya listens and takes her time to explain my case and educate my about my options for treatment. I don’t feel rushed or pressured during our sessions and I always feel well taken care of. I’m so glad to have found this place. ☺️

I love the pimple place they are so wonderful. They answered all of my questions with no hesitation and had so much patience. I was dealing with really bad break outs and didn’t know why and Dr. Patel prescribed me an oral and topical acne medication and my skin is completely clear. I also did a facial with her and it was wonderful, my skin looked extremely better afterwards. They are amazing, 10/10 recommend this place!

The Pimple Place saved me during a really hard time with my skin. Being able to get regular cortisone shots has saved me so much discomfort and scarring. The whole team is amazing. I am so grateful to have found this team. Priya Patel is seriously the best.
