I LOVE THE NEW OFFICE, on Round Circle, Santa Rosa!! The front desk staff are gracious, friendly, smiling, knowledgeable. The office ambiance is calming, very much UNLIKE Redwood Family Dermatology on Mendocino Avenue, where I had been using Dr. Jennifer Hayes’ expertise. Dr. Hayes is the most knowledgeable dermatologist I have had the pleasure to interact on eradicating my melanoma, basil cells, squamous, etc. I have been extremely happy with Dr. Hayes work on my destroyed skin. I will continue to work with Dr. Hayes for my ridiculous younger Goddess-self excessive tanning, Hawaiian scorching, tanning booth barbecued skin. 🐊🐊🐊🐊

The office is very clean and modern. I had an almost zero wait time to see Dr. Hayes. She was fantastic! She was very thorough and addressed all my questions and concerns. She even was able to treat a couple of issues I brought up even though that’s not what my appointment was for. Highly recommend.

This place is top notch from the front desk to the back. The MA was great. I never felt rushed and my issues resolved. Dr. Hayes removed my street cred (mole nearby my eye that people usually have tattoos of). She was kind and caring taking her time to explain the best methods of addressing my concerns. Highly recommend.

Excellent 👌👍... Very professional and attentive staff. Dr Hayes and nurse practitioner ( with the fashionable red 🕶️), quickly diagnosed my problem and addressed it in less than 10 minutes! DERMATOLOGY TREATMENT WORKS!
