Karlie is the absolute BEST! I know, everyone says ‘I can’t say enough great things’ about Karlie, but I mean it! Right away, walking into her BEAUTIFUL, impeccably designed office that exudes both sophistication and a welcoming, warm atmosphere, I felt completely at ease. Like her space, Karlie is polished but without pretense, such a rare and impressive combination. I could write volumes about her showpiece space and how it parallels her own sense of style - very, uniquely ‘Karlie’ - but there is so much more to the experience than a gorgeous space. Once in consultation mode, Karlie’s professionalism, clear expertise, and spot-on assessments are even more impressive. She is clearly a talented and driven business woman, but is in no way ‘pushy’ or pressuring. She doesn’t have to be! She knows her stuff. I trusted Karlie immediately. She takes her time to assess and explain what she sees and recommends in clear, concise language that is easily understood, while not talking down to her clients. She gives options, is solution-oriented, and gives exceptional guidance. Karlie treats her clients with respect, meeting them where they are with their needs and giving thoughtful, patient, personalized feedback. (In addition to my own experience, I’ve seen her interact with other clients since I came early and enjoyed just being there). And the results? Wow. Karlie really listens. She is precise and intuitive in her work. I appreciated how real she was with me and how I felt comfortable enough to share my goals and desires without judgement. Her creativity and expertise are great when it comes to difficult things. Part of what I’m working on is repairing and softening scaring and I needed someone both sensitive and daring to work w me.
