I called to inquire about their tattoo removal services. Super informative and answered all my questions. I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early, I wait maybe a few seconds and they take me to my room. the receptionist puts the numbing cream and explains the process. I am left alone for 50 minutes and then she walks and tells me I have to be vetted by a nurse practitioner before seeing the attending nurse… I was confused because I already had the numbing cream and plastics wrap on for 50 minutes… Plot twist: I was not eligible to have a session at the moment and they had me in that room for 50 minutes before finding out….. It was not busy and when I went outside all the receptionist were taking and one was sitting in the lobby on a laptop…. No one even apologized, barely looked at my face, or anything they just spoke to me like it was protocol to have someone wait that long in a room like nothing. Minimal conversation only to re-illiterate that she stated I may have nausea if I leave numbing cream too long…after she leaves it on me for 50 minutes. They are not a business that can take accountability and that’s a problem. NEVER AGAIN!! 50 minutes to find out I couldn’t even start a session…. with no apology. UPDATE: A week later they issue my refund. After I messaged them about it. Be careful with the receptionist. Lazy

I had an excellent experience during my tattoo laser removal appointment today. Tattoo removal can be very painful, and I usually get nervous and anxious before and during the procedure. However, the team today made the experience much more comfortable. Trixie, the receptionist, was so kind, patient, and attentive, and she had Natalie there to help as well both were professional and welcoming. Camille, the RN, was amazing! She was professional, thorough, patient, and gentle with me. I really appreciate this wonderful team for making a tough experience so much easier.

I can’t say enough good things about LaserAway Sherman Oaks. Priscilla & Natalie are literal queens and are very knowledgeable and honest about the services they offer. They’re so sweet and personable and I feel comfortable and relaxed when I walk through the doors. I love it so much I’m literally there every week.The nurse Victoria is amazing with injections and takes her time to give you results you want. Every nurse I’ve had has been great. I’ve never had a bad experience. Thank you guys 🤍

Camille was fantastic. She always explains what she’s doing and what’s coming so I’m not surprised. She has light hands so my treatments are never unnecessarily uncomfortable. Laser Away’s nurses are very professional and sweet and the results are great. I never look overdone, just the fabulous rested few years preserved version. Thank you Camille! Thank you ladies!
