I am so pleased with this place! I have had 8 different dermatologists in the past and this is the first place that actually helped me and looked into my issue. Joanne did the procedures on me, she is very sweet and made sure I was well throughout all of my procedures. I really recommend this place and her !

I used to go to Dr Lin’s for laser hair removal ten-fifteen years ago. I found that Dr Lin and I attended Cal the same years! I always got excellent treatment at a reasonable price. I went back this month and found everything just as good. Dr Lin and another staff member even remembered me. The new nurse and nurse’s aid were kind and personable.

I’ve had multiple visits to this office, and unfortunately, I’ve noticed a lack of knowledge among the front desk staff regarding administrative procedures. I asked several times about copayments and was told I didn’t need to pay anything, only to later receive a large billing statement from the billing department. This suggests a disconnect between their management platform and customer service. I’ve also encountered similar issues with prescriptions, which added to my frustration. While it’s possible that my insurance provider played a role in these complications, I believe greater transparency from the start would have allowed me to make a more informed decision about continuing my visits. Due to these ongoing issues and the lack of clear communication, I will no longer be returning to this office. Better organization and accuracy in handling administrative matters are necessary to improve the patient experience.

I did PRP Micro Needling with Dr Nikki. I found the office very clean and professional. Dr. Niki was very knowledgeable and friendly. She explained all of the options and guided me towards making the right decision for my skin and my skin type. It was my first time doing anything to my face and I appreciate Dr Nikki for recommending only what was necessary for my skin. I’m glad that I found someone that I can trust.
