Staff are friendly/nice and dermatologist. Was referred by primary doctor. They seen me promptly for some scalp and skin issues. My insurance covered the visit and cost of prescriptions.

At the Stockton location immediately I was treated with the decency a human being in pain should be treated with.I have a horrible painful skin condition which I’m very self-conscious about and not only did the physicians, but the staff make you feel comfortable and important but my discomfort was their top priority. I explained my concerns and my discomfort and I’m heard and seen and made very comfortable . I love their flexibility when it comes to last minute appointments, overall hands-down best dermatology clinic in Stockton California region . The energy that Dr. Chance In the room, regardless of how you’re feeling is unmatched.

Lack of compassion and straight robbery. They charged me for a consultation that was like 2 min. $125 just to tell me they won't do the procedure on me. my appointment was at 11:45 they called me in at 12:17 and then looked and told me they can't do the procure. The lady in front didn't even know what to charge me because I guess prices are different for each patient, but she went to talk to the dr and came back. And then I was trying not to cry because of the disappointment and embarrassment and I told them I was upset about not being able to get procedure done and still be charged full amount. The lady was like have a nice day and I didn't say anything because I was holding in my tears and they laughed as I left because they thought I was rude. No compassion. I was gonna return for other procedure but I really disliked how they made me feel.

!!WARRING!! Do not book an appointment with these people If They tell you everything's covered by your insurance. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! I called them to see if they could remove my skin tags on my neck with my insurance, She literally ran my insurance ask for my insurance number and said yes it's covered I'll make you an appointment. I said are you sure I do not want to pay out of pocket for ANYTHING. She says yes you're good. I get Get to my appointment and I see the doctor he tells me. The insurance does not cover it and I have to pay $120 out of pocket. I was a little irritated and I told them that's not what she told me over the phone. I told them that I do not want to pay And do not want any work done. They told me that I wasn't gonna be charged for anything That day. Well weeks later I get a bill in the mail for $89.90 . They charge my insurance for a consultation And my insurance only covered so much of this fake consultation. It's like they scam you to tell you to come in , Everything is covered, Then tell you need to pay, Then you get a bill in the mail. Horrible place I even called back and explained to them the situation and says there's nothing they can do about it.
