I did the intraceuticals facial with Ricki. First of all she and her staff are just so warm and pleasant. The facial itself was AH-MAZING. I also took home 4 Ricki Criswell products. I highly recommend 10/10! Will be back for more.

Let me start this review by saying how pleased I am with Ricki facial services . Robin rocks , her service and dedication is outstanding ,she is soooo accomodating with such a warm personality that you will connect with her right away . Ricki and Dana are amazing , believe me ,I go all the way from Beverly Hills to their location I have to pass tons of beauty salons in the area to get there , and is all worth it . They do the best man and women eyebrows , the facials are top notch and includes massages to release work stress .What a pleasant experience that is . Can’t wait for my next appointment ,so looking forward to see my girls . I don’t go anywhere else ,they take really good care of me . Highly recommended!!!!

The best facial for the money ever! Rici is a pro and the facial included microdermabrasion. Steaming. Extraction. Red light therapy and a peel!! I was glowing. All products used are healing. Go see Rici

I absolutely love Ricki's studio! I've been coming here for a few years now and I've never been disappointed. In case this whole blurb is giving TLDR, the gist is: this spa is awesome - the services have helped me back in fall in love with my face/skin & brought back a ton of confidence too. Don’t hesitate to book an appointment ya’ll! The space: Super cute, clean, and low-key. Parking in back lot is never crowded. There are two waxing rooms and a facial room. There is usually peaceful spa music playing in the background. The front reception is run by Robin (who is just the sweetest and if you’re lucky she might have her adorable pup with her!) There are also rows of shelves with all of Ricki’s organic skincare products in the front reception area. Wax service: I get package of upper/lower lip, brows and Brazilian. I like the price of the package vs getting the services individually. I always work with Kim, I trust her wholly and she has truly hooked my brows up! I’ve been growing them out for a while now and she has been a HUGE help in the process - from listening to my goals/preferences and then making sure I was satisfied every time before wrapping up. She also has a gentle & quick touch when it comes to waxing the more sensitive areas. Facial service: I usually get an Adult Clean with Microdermabrasion every 6-8 weeks. Committing to this regular maintenance has been a GAME CHANGER for my face! I have oily, acne-prone skin and I came to my first session desperate with a red-pimply-pizza-face all along my jaw and chin. I follow my own personal at-home routines along with dermatologist recommendations but I truly feel having these deep-clean facials regularly contributed to managing my oiliness and overall breakouts. The microdermabrasion also reduces the look of acne scaring and general aging after a few sessions. I get compliments all the time on my skin and people are often shocked when I tell them my age. I also use Ricki’s Clear spot treatment product on my face daily - it’s an incredible spot corrector. I had a small red mark that was not a pimple and my derm said it would cost ~$800 to get removed - I used Ricki’s Clear spot treatment on it day/night and within a few months its completely gone. I’m a very satisfied customer & highly recommend this spa!!
