In HEAVEN with Skinology!! Shelley is above and beyond. She is kind, attentive, and an expert when it comes to what is needed. Shelley even called me outside of work hours to help provide guidance on my skincare routine! She answered all my questions and was great at ensuring I'm using products that work for me and work for my budget. Her space is super clean, warm, and welcoming! I have loved all of my experiences at Skinology! Especially with Shelley. She truly makes you feel so comfortable and welcome at each visit. She actively listens to all of my questions/ concerns with my skin. She has given me a lot of tips on products and steps to use on my skin at home that I use everyday. I have also gotten a massage at her spa as well. It was so amazing! The masseuse really took the time to listen to my concerns and the areas I needed him to focus on. I really appreciate that. I recently moved out of state so I haven’t been able to visit in awhile. However, whenever I am back in LA for work I am definitely making an appointment to see Shelley!! I highly recommend going here for all of your skincare/ massage needs. It’s a must!

My wife got me a Skinology appointment for Father's Day. Having never had a facial, I wasn't sure what to expect. But 6o minutes later, I walked out a new man! Between the face and jaw massage and the two flat rocks placed under my shoulders, the whole experience was incredible. Shelley is magic, and I look forward to returning!
