I can't recommend Olivia at Revive Med Spa enough! She is absolutely fantastic. I originally saw her for Botox and I was thrilled with the results. She has a real talent for understanding facial anatomy and knew exactly where to place the injections for a natural, refreshed look. Recently, I had a BBL facial and laser resurfacing treatment with her, and my skin has never looked better! It's noticeably brighter, smoother, and less red. She took the time to listen to my concerns and goals for both treatments, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Olivia is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but she's also incredibly kind and personable. She creates a relaxing atmosphere, and I look forward to my future appointments with her. I booked my first Botox appointment at Revive in my hometown location in Sunnyvale and let me tell you, it was a great choice I made. I am amazed at the great customer service, since the time I called to make an appointment with Erick the front desk attendant super polite, professional, and a genuine well-being human. Doctor Kim omg! She was very professional asking a lot of questions to make sure I was a good candidate to get my Botox on, also I liked the way she took the appointment by making me feel welcome and most importantly relaxed. Thanks, Doctor Kim! I'm so happy that this location in Sunnyvale is 5 minutes away from my house and definitely will become my regular Sking care clinic. Thanks to another staff member who was able to help my friend who only spoke Spanish her name was Montse or Berenice don't recall but she was super fluid in a foreign language and that helped a lot. Olivia did a great job with my lip filler. I was nervous going in but she reassured me making me adjust much better! She talked over what we were going to do after letting her know my preferences and that allowed me to let her know exactly what I wanted and didn’t want. The end result was so beautiful and she did exactly what I asked for! I recommend Olivia for your services!

I have been receiving laser hair removal treatments for many years now, across different locations (when this used to be ideal image). Kristen is hands down the best laser hair technician I have ever had. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel at ease. I deal with anxiety so knowing Kristen will be my technician eases any worries I have. I am really glad she was still here once Revive med spa took over since she is such an asset to the team.
