I had a wonderful experience! The staff were clean, kind, friendly, and gentle. They were also very informative. Kimmie, who performed my first IPL treatment, was excellent; the procedure was painless and easy. The entire experience was amazing! I appreciated the great monthly discounts and the fact that they didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want. They really focused on my beauty goals and long-term skincare plan, which I loved! The entire staff as soon as I entered were very pleasant. Devin and her assistant Isabelle were attentive to my needs. Devin took her time to go over my areas of concern and asked how my previous treatments felt. Will come back again!
