Staff is fairly friendly and that is what I was looking for mostly. The doctor has a friendly face and warm smile. He couldn't assist my issue, but told me how to get to the right person who can (eye surgeon). I will come back for any dermatological needs I may have down the road.

I’m so happy that I found this dermatologist! They make me comfortable when I typically get nervous in these situations. Dr. Peter Wolff is professional, his staff is efficient and friendly and the wait in the waiting room is minimal. ❤️

In the past, we have had fine experiences but today was not one of those times. My 8 year old son, who is on the spectrum, went in for a mole check and we were told it should be checked and a biopsy performed. He was lying still but he was crying. Mr. Wolff said “too loud” this is “too loud”. Mr. Wolff gave the shot to numb the area but my son continued to cry. I explained he is nervous. Mr. Wolff said it was too loud in the room. He said we would need to reschedule if my son continued. Again; he was still and now numb so I figured we could still do it but Mr. Wolff said it is too loud and you need to reschedule and prep him for this in advance. My son was not screaming, he was crying and scared, as was I, since I didn’t expect us to have a mole problem this young. So emotions were high and I cannot believe we couldn’t finish the appointment while I held my son’s hand. This isn’t the bedside manner I want and we won’t be returning. My son and I should not be made to feel bad for having feelings and expressing them.

Peter Wolf & the staff are wonderful. Kind, thoughtful & caring to me & my husband. Peter listens to all our concerns & thoroughly checks for growths & cysts. Taking care of the issues quickly & painlessly. I highly recommend Peter Wolf & the Tehachapi office staff!
