I had a fantastic phone consultation with Lorena at LaserAway, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience! From the moment the call started, the representative was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Lorena patiently walked me through every detail of the laser hair removal treatment I was interested in, and made sure all of my questions were thoroughly answered. I appreciated Lorena’s ability to explain the process in a way that was both clear and easy to understand, giving me complete confidence in moving forward.

I really am pleased beyond words with Christie's help with signing up with clear + brilliant and fillers on my plan I have. The hair removal has been great and the ladies working there are awesome and I feel welcome walking in the door. I'm going to get botox as well and I'm excited about worry lines being gone and lips fuller and hair gone too. Face looking more vibrant and youthful. These ladies are the best!

Laser hair removal pretty good so far but filler is just okay. Sales practices are incredibly pushy. They require package deals for almost everything. You can’t go in for a normal Botox appointment. You have to buy it in bulk and use it all in a set amount of time. If you don’t like using it, too bad. You’re not getting a refund.

Considering tattoo removal can be a scary thing. Will it hurt? How will it leave my skin? Will it even work? Well, for me it was anyone. Unfortunately, I am one of those that has a bad tattoo that I regret. After lots of research and searching high and low, I came across Laser Away and one other place. I contacted both and Laser Away got back to me right away and we set up a consultation. Did I mention it is local and not a far drive?! As soon as you walk in you notice the beautiful decorations and most importantly, how clean it is. They do so much more than tattoo removal, as well! My consultation went so smooth and every single employee was extremely sweet, gave me all the information I needed and very helpful. It's safe to say I purchased a package! I was SO nervous for my first appointment. For th life of me I can't remember the gals name that did my session (Brittany I believe?) but she eased my nerves so well. She explained step by step what will happen, the machine they use and that I'd be able to numb the area if I choose to. We went over my medical history and I spoke with another employee via FaceTime to verify everything. My area is a small finger tattoo so it was a quick session and didn't hurt much. I didn't even blister! We went over the care, the recommended time I should wait in between sessions (8-10 weeks) and which colors I should expect to be easier to remove, and which will take longer. I finished my third session recently and see a massive difference. It's still there but the fading it remarkable. I look forward to finishing this up and will also be looking into the other stuff they offer!
