I had a phenol face peel by Dr Oneil and the results are spectacular. My skin and face look so young I am always mistaken for a much younger woman. The procedure went smoothly and was virtually painless The doctor was so accommodating as well as his staff. I would not hesitate to do it all over again and highly recommend it

My experience occurred in 1999, Dr. O'Neil had advertised tattoo removal in the yellow pages. He told me he was using a laser to remove my tattoo, he actually used a "light source" which apparently is significally different. The skin that was "treated" broke open and not only would not heal, I contacted a staff infection and my hand was swollen and full of puss. I contacted a reputable doctor and he removed the ink from my skin, but my hand will always be deformed due to Dr.O'Neil using me as a guinea pig. I have a huge scar covering all of my left hand and it is noticed and asked about on a daily basis. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR
