Extremely Disappointing Experience – Beware Before Purchasing a Gift Card! I’m writing this Bad review for the first time in my life because I had such a frustrating and disappointing experience. I received a $200 gift card and was excited to visit a new massage therapy location. However, the service I received was far from what I expected. When I first visited the store, I was confused about how to use my gift card. The staff at the front desk seemed unsure and couldn’t explain the process clearly. Eventually, the store manager informed me that the gift card could only be used for services, not products, and that I needed to make an appointment for a service. I received a booklet without price but with details about the services offered and went home to review it. When I called to schedule an appointment, I asked how I could best use my $200. I was told that a 60-minute massage was $60, and a 90-minute massage was $139. Since I was a first-time customer, they offered me a "trial" 90-minute massage for $110, but the 60-minute massage had no discount. I decided to go with the 90-minute option. When I arrived, I asked if I could switch to a 60-minute massage so that I could come back for two more sessions later on. The front dest girl agreed, and I proceeded with the 60-minute session. The massage itself was provided by a therapist named Lily, who was lovely and professional. However, when I finished my session and walked out of the room, the same manager I had met last visit was sitting on the couch and immediately asked if I wanted to purchase a package. To my shock, she told me that gift cards were only valid for a single use. ( so glad only $200 not $2000) . This was never communicated to me before! I was told that the remaining balance couldn’t be used because the store was fully booked for the day, and I had no other options. At that point, I was left with no choice but to lose $140. I even asked for some product samples to make up for this, and the manager reluctantly gave me two small vials of serum. My advice: Never purchase a gift card at this store. Be sure to confirm all prices and terms directly with the manager before committing to any services. The staff's instructions and information were inconsistent, and I felt misled throughout the entire process. Don’t go to this Medi Spa. You will be so disappointed by their service and the price! I made appointment for a full body massage of 90 minutes for $90, which they confirmed according to their Facebook advertisement. I went to their Diamond Bar branch today, the Manager a lady told me that I need to pay $180 for 90 minutes and that also need to pay $2000-3000 in advance to open an account to get the discounted rate. I told her that I would like to try how good the body massage is first. Her attitude immediately changed to anger, became very rude and unprofessional. I felt abused by her and cheated by their misleading advertisement, so I just left the place right away.

I felt so regret that over all spent several thousands during past 5 years hydrotherapy. I like non-invasive instead of invasive unnecessary skin care. I have never heard of Ultherapy later learned from Youtube totally lied to me that it's not painful. It's unacceptable. Don’t waste your money there.
