Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The medical assistance was professional and knew her stuff. When the PA came in, she is experienced and knowledgeable. I had a body check and a scalp check. She immediately ordered new treatments and provided samples.

I wish to thank Jillian Johnson and the office team for saving the day for me. I showed up to their office with no appointment last week. I was experiencing an allergic reaction and requested an extension of my past prescription. The office person saw my situation and immediately got with Jillian. She was able to identify a cancelled appointment and fit me in for an office visit. Their caring and quick actions relieved my symptoms almost immediately. Plateroti Dermatology has always represented first class dermatology support to me. I can now add their caring is off the charts special.

It was my first time to this office since my doctor retired. The staff was very nice and professional. The wait time was acceptable, about 20 minutes. Leah and her assistant were very nice. She listened well to my history and concerns. As someone who has dealt with skin cancers quite a bit, I appreciated her taking action on suspicious spots that had been on my skin for more than 6 months. I do feel my past doctor's exam was more thorough but Leah did find a spot on my arm that I hadn't noticed. It is all about building relationships and confidence when it comes to healthcare.

What a Wonderful place of healing! I could sit in the exam room all day just listening to the music they play Everyone is so very caring and friendly. Dr. Plateroti is so gentle and thorough. He is the Best!! Im grateful to have him as my Doctor!
