Pierre Skin Care Institute

I don't know how to rate this doctor and his staff. The receptionist wasn't at all friendly, as if she were doing me a favor. I said good morning, and without any sympathy, a smile, or even looking at me, she corrected me with a good afternoon. Super lazy, unwilling to work, and not at all friendly. When they let me into the exam room, after filling out several sheets with my information and medications, she asked me the same thing without looking at the sheets I filled out, and asking me about the medications I'm allergic to. When I showed her those medication that I have on my phone, she didn't even look at them and told me to write them down on the sheets I filled out, without making any notes on the computer. The biggest reason for my visit was massive hair loss. Then I showed her a bag with the amount of hair I lose every time I wash my hair, and she replied without looking: "If you want, show it to the doctor when he comes!" It was like she didn't care at all. The doctor comes in, and the first thing he does, without even asking me, is take a picture of me and say it's for the file!! I show him the bag of hair, and he doesn't even look at it. He examines my face. I also went there for some fatty spots growing on my face... well, in short, he tells me what I have but doesn't explain anything at all. I had to ask questions to understand why I have them, if they are treatable and for all the reasons I went to see him, and I also understood that he had no intention of explaining anything. My visit lasted 5 minutes. So I left very disappointed and I'll not see him again!! The office was very fancy, but they had zero charisma or concern for the patient.

Dr. Pierre is very knowledgeable, effective and his prices are fair. He has successfully treated my wife, son and me for a wide variety of medical conditions for more than a decade. I really appreciate how efficient he is. I’m often in and out in about 5 minutes! I love it. The on-line Self-scheduled appointments app is fast and easy. I highly recommend Dr. Pierre!

staff are very friendly and accommodating--fit my husband in the same day and he was a new patient. Dr. Pierre very knowledgeable, professional, and very nice. Will recommend him to my friends and family

Dr Pierre is excellent! He is 100% on board with hearing what your concerns are and addressing them no matter what. He takes his time with you and is very friendly. I highly recommend him. All of the staff is very friendly and the office is really nice

I used to b a patient of Dr. Pierre’s years ago. I haven’t seen him in nearly 12 years. My face broke out with acne recently, so I decided to return to him. He was as patient and engaging as I remembered him to be!!! He listened to my concerns, looked at my complaint and offered me a solution. He sent my prescription to my pharmacy and I purchased the topical solution in his office. Great front end medical assistant! Very personable and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Pierre’s practice!!!
