The way, Dr. Shaparo made me feel and willing to get to the root of my problem honestly, is something I never experienced with any other dermatologist. He was willing to listen to my problems and took all the time he needed with me. Other doctors made me feel rushed. The staff was kind as well. I’m confident that he will help me fix my issue. I appreciate his Professionalism and kindness. Absolutely recommend him.

Great customer service everybody so nice and they take you in right away and the doctor is awesome. She will sit down and explain detail by detail everything very great people working here if I could, I would give them 10 stars.

Dr. Michael Lin is very helpful and has a respectful manner. His assistant Jackie is a gem…she’s informative, respectful and sweet.

I have been coming to Dr. Lim Westlakke Village office past 3 years. The staff are pleasant and always helpful if I have any questions. My best expierence is with Nikki. I have had biopsy' s done and freezing of spots. Nikki goes out of her way to make each visit comfortable and takes the time to explain all treatments. I give this office is a triple A for service, cleanliness , and friendliness. My thanks to all for making each visit comfortable.
