I’ve been getting laser hair removal here for almost a year and have had great experiences each visit. Marina is an excellent nurse and technician, I always ask for her by name and prefer to only work with her. She is fast, thorough and asks important questions about my progress, etc. She is wonderful and I highly recommend working with her and this company. They are awesome!

Unfortunately did not have the best experience. I went in for skin tag removal. The treatment itself was great, skin tags are gone. However, there was a few things that felt off. Firstly, I did not feel welcome by the staff, everything felt very mechanical and honestly I did feel a bit of judginess coming from them. Granted, I was coming from a very long day of errands and was not looking super "dressed up" but regardless of my appearance, I didn't expect to be greeted and treated so unfriendly. Secondly, there were no questions regarding my health history/medications at all, which I found odd given that I do take quite a few medications for various health issues and figured that it warranted at least a brief conversation before treatment. Lastly, the treatment was actually quite painful. Now, this is the first time I'd ever gotten skin tags removed but I did have the expectation of only mild discomfort according to the many reviews I had googled. It stung quite a bit and made me jump every single time, and I have a pretty good pain tolerance. I guess I would've like at least to be offered some kind of topical anesthetic. Overall I can deal with the pain as long as the skin tags are removed, but I was really off put by the way I was treated. I felt very out of place and judged. Would most likely not return.
