My friend and I decided to treat ourselves to a self-care day. We had a great experience, and we were treated with respect and exceptional hospitality. Our drive from San Diego to Torrance was well worth it! We look forward to seeing our results and can’t wait to come back for more facial treatments from Claire and her professional team. We will definitely be recommending Claire Skin Clinic to our friends, family, and anyone who wants top tier facial treatments done!

It was my first experience in this place. At the beginning, everything was good. The lady did a great job. However, she did the massage for 50 minutes instead of 60 minutes. At the end, the woman in the reception was acting like a hungry dog. She did a very bad behaviour as I payed a small amount for the tip. Her behaviour was so unbelievable. Tip is something voluntary, no one has the right to oblige us to pay them the tip. I don’t recommend this place. I am sorry.

I took my ma here as a Mother's Day gift, we were both blown away by the experience. The facial felt very involved, the technicians did an amazing job. We got the Signature Customized Facial, strongly recommend!

Completed a total of (3) 60 minute customized facials so I have a pretty good sense of this place now . Parking is easy with a shared parking lot with plenty of spots available. Upon entering, I was shocked by the abrasive hastiness of the lady at the front counter. I get facials to relax and pamper myself. Her unpleasant demeanor set myself up for a rude awakening. I've done many facials and this was the first time I had the esthetician coming and going out of the room so many times during the facial. Of the 60 minutes, I think the esthetician was in the room for less than 30 min. She was busy juggling other clients, which is not her fault, but how the business is run. I was also surprised the facial didn't include any extractions. The whole facial seemed rushed and not even close to being a relaxing experience. Sure you get about a 5 minute massage during the facial, but the rest of the time, they're just rushing to move onto the next client. On my second visit, the unthinkable happened. The front desk lady told me my appointment wasn't in her book. I showed her the confirmation text I received with the date and time and she took the time to search it on her phone as well. Thankfully she acknowledged her mistake, but this type of mistake shouldn't happen. No surprise, but this was worse than the first facial. Along with it being super hasty, I ended up laying down with the face mask at the end for what felt like an hour. The door is left open so you can hear people walking and talking, so you can't really relax. The esthetician just left the mask on me while servicing the clients she already had. HORRIBLE experience. Please learn from my experience and take your money and business elsewhere.

The Korean facial was heavenly! Gentle hands + hydrating, moisturizing techniques + detailed explanation of each stage. Claire and Sue are the nicest and most professional and the clinic is just spotless. I almost fell asleep which never happens when I get facials because normally there's pricking and other uncomfortable bits to the experience but this was just TDF. Never going back to traditional facials again.
