Excellent bedside manners and patient care by Dr. Calhoun and Shelly Nurse Practitioner!!!! I also had Trilift treatment series. No pain, fast results, zero downtime and the results are quick. Gentle. Non-surgical face tightening and lifting. Front office was so kind and listened to concerns.

I had triLift (skin tightening and lifting) treatment that I have seen on Instagram. Not many places offer it, just morpheus8, which morpheus8 is way too painful for my liking! triLift was awesome, fast, no downtime and results are quick. My facial muscles are much stronger, tighter and my skin texture feels and looks amazing. I highly recommend Shelly the Nurse Practitioner for non-invasive skin tightening treatments. 10 stars!!!!

Shelly Calhoun the FNP was very attentive to my medical concerns and really went above and beyond. Thank you ladies for making my doctors visit pleasant. I recently went to their office in Torrance and was impressed by the professional and courteous staff. Ms.Calhoun was very pleasant and thorough with her diagnosis. The front desk staff specially Olivia went out of her way to make sure my referrals were processed on time. Helped me resolve my insurance eligibility issues and followed through till resolution. I am very pleased with the professionalism and service I was provided. I would highly recommend and glad I finally found a place where people care for their patients.

Tried scheduling a new patient exam for my husband and I yesterday. System was slow so they needed to call back. They called back yesterday & I missed the call. They tried again and called today, I thought that was great of them to try again. I answer and confirm I’m trying to schedule a new patient exam. Then they are silent on the phone. I decide to move the conversation along & I asked if they needed more information from yesterday or if they were ready to schedule. They said one moment and put me on hold. They return on the phone & continue to not move the conversation forward & say they are looking at something. Personally this annoyed me because I also do receptionist work & I don’t understand how you will call a patient & you are not ready to serve them (have your stuff aligned before calling). Seemed like she was just going through the motions & calling and not expecting me to actually answer. Her customer service was very poor & she didn’t seem too happy about scheduling a new patient. I had a yucky feeling of not feeling wanted as a new patient so told her I decided to not move forward with scheduling after all. I’ll find another place to take my business though I was excited about coming here. :/
