All of the staff were very welcoming and amazing. My appointment was very quick and easy. They gave me a coupon in case my insurance didn’t cover my prescription :)

I initially had a consultation for laser hair removal which was great and, I was very comfortable to book the procedure as soon as possible. The laser machine was off site getting maintenance or repairs(?) and I was able to schedule for the following week, when the machine was back in the office. However, when I showed up for my appointment, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled as the machine was not back. The receptionist was rather rude and said that she had left me a voicemail the day before (which I missed - my bad). It was the whole "didn't you get my voicemail?" undertone which was annoying. She said that someone will call me when the machine is back to re-schedule my appointment....no one called. What should have been done is another phone call the next morning, as my appointment wasn't until 1pm in the afternoon. There was no automated text advising of my appointment cancelation either. I went next door to Alyne Aesthetics who have been wonderful and I'm on my second treatment for laser hair removal.

Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Quick check in and short wait to be seen by the Team. Very good at explaining their findings or lack thereof. Definitely recommend this Dermatologist to others.

Shelby was so amazing and really made you feel cared and respected as a client, however she does not work here anymore. She took the time to understand what I wanted and educated me genuinely when I asked her questions. My appointment was originally prebooked with her and got moved to the only other person that does Botox/ filler at this location without my knowledge. The new person is condescending, does not know how to listen, and is only concerned with upselling/ taking your money.

PA was professional, compassionate, and helpful. Minimal wait time. All staff were friendly and professional. I made the appointment online, which was seamless. I started making an appointment the day before, but it seemed like I was dealing with a third party scheduling company. I did not like that experience. Overall, my experience was excellent.
