Dr. Tsay always does an impeccable job! He offers the best advice and treatments for you to reach your aesthetic goals. He’s been careful and thoughtful through out the many years I’ve been with him. His whole office is so kind and really cares about your experience. They have follow ups to ensure you’re happy with your results, but also to see how you’re healing. Nobody knows a face like Dr. Tsay!! I have been a patient of Dr. Tsay’s since 2019 (at age 27). After scouring the internet for local Botox injectors, I chose Ageless MD due to rave reviews, exceptional body of work (photos speak for themselves) and, most importantly, the fact that he is an actual Doctor. He has been the first and only provider I have ever trusted with my face. Beginning with toxins and bringing in multiple types of fillers and even Endolift, we’ve worked incrementally over the years to achieve more symmetry and youthfulness in my face, chin and neck. His office is pristine and his staff members are professional, kind and accommodating. Isabel is great with the prep and Catt helps keep it together during treatment. The front desk ladies are my favorite - Rachel and Tanya always take amazing care of me. Dr. Tsay will take the time to genuinely answer questions, analyze your bone structure and skin texture and work with you on your intended results (and respective budget). But he keeps it real and won’t promise anything he can’t deliver on. And he will actually tell you if he doesn’t think you’re a good candidate for a specific treatment even if that means sending you home with your money. Today at my appointment, we discussed one and only time I did not achieve significant results as discussed prior to treatment, Dr. Tsay agreed to treat the area again at no additional cost. I recommend him to anyone - and have. My family, friends, coworkers and even the owner of my nail salon are now repeat patients. It makes me so happy to see them achieving face goals as well! Getting treated at Ageless MD has been an incredible investment and gift to myself. I look and feel so much brighter now at age 34 than I did in my 20s. I've been getting facials here since 2020! Make an appointment and you'll feel pampered! You'll always be greeted and prepped. I love getting updates about my skin condition prior to the facial. Kim is wonderful in helping me relax and getting my face cleared! My chemical peel sessions are also helpful when I have bad breakouts or scars. Highly recommend if you're looking to clear up your skin! My skin is buttery soft all the time.
