I have been going to see Dr. Nitsos I want say now about 15+ years. She is a wonderful doctor really cares about her patients and their well being. She is the best and so is her team. I have no complaints. Every experience has been amazing one. Quick and helpful. Thank you Dr. Nitsos, her team and Kaiser!

I had a fantastic experience at Kaiser Permanente during my optometry visit. 🌟 The optometrist made the vision test quick and easy, providing clear explanations at each step. Their ability to build rapport swiftly was impressive, and the friendliness of everyone at the vision center added to the positive atmosphere. 😊 The facility itself is clean and spacious, contributing to a comfortable environment. They had a beautiful Christmas tree on display which I thought was a nice touch of joy. Additionally, I took advantage of the available shot station for my flu shot—a convenient service that I appreciated. Looking forward to sharing my thoughts on the vision center downstairs in a separate review.

Dr. John Chan, MD, Ophthalmologist at Kaiser Permanente in Union City and Fremont, California, is perfect, in my opinion! In my follow-up appointment following cataract surgery: (1) He notices details about my condition and asked about my experience rather than assuming an interpretation without the patient's input. (2) He is thorough.(3) He asks questions and lets the patient talk. (4) He listens and pays attention, looks at the patient, makes eye contact. (5) He responds with a plan. (6) When he gave a recommendation in response to what I said, he wrote it down and handed it to me. He did not just expect me to remember the details. (7) All of the above occur with a personal attitude of truly, sincerely caring about the person, not just treating a pair of eyeballs. (8) And most of all -- the cataract surgery was superbly successful -- my vision is dramatically improved. He is very good at what he does, in all regards.

My physician, Dr. Steven Michael Lee, DO takes the time and effort to care for his patients. My daughter, my brother and I are under his care and have nothing but appreciation for the way he treats and cares for us. Messages are promptly answered, and his professionalism is displayed in both face to face and video appointments. In addition to his invaluable insights and knowledge, he is friendly and approachable which makes opening up to him easy. I hope to have Dr. Lee as my physician for a long time to come.

Ms. Shahidi is always professional and helpful.Every exercise she has given me has corrected the problem. She also gives me preventive measures so those things are not reoccurring. She is always pleasant and I would not replace her.
