Everyone I talk to on the phone was very pleasant and really helped me to understand the whole process of the appointment when I got there the sign in was seamless my weight period was relatively short. I was able to see the doctor and the appointment was really over quite quickly, and I was very satisfied with how the doctor. was very kind, considerate, and it just made me feel overall really comfortable.

I do not recommend this office to anyone who expects to be treated with respect and professionalism. I had a very shocking experience at Pacific Dermatology Upland with Mr. Clemens Esche, during my child’s appointment. As the parent of a minor patient, I expected to be included in the discussion about their treatment. However, Dr. Esche was completely dismissive of me. He directed all his questions only to my child, and when I attempted to engage, he cut me off, saying, “I’m talking to them.” His behavior was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory towards a mother. Additionally, on his first visit he asked my child what treatment they wanted to receive without even explaining the available options. As the expert, it’s his responsibility to guide the patient, not the other way around. Just to put the cherry on top, He scheduled a follow-up appointment to one year from now, despite an ongoing treatment that clearly requires closer monitoring. His level of negligence is beyond frustrating. I have attempted multiple times to contact the office manager Jessica W without success, neither through email nor direct phone. Additionally the QR Code posted to supposed contact her directly sends you to a credit card application, making it completely useless.

Staff was incredibly friendly and my appointment was at the time scheduled. Both rare these days. Dr Ebony Miller was very thorough answering all of my questions

I was a referral from Kaiser and I’m so happy with this place the waiting room is large very clean and organized The waiting time was so low and they had a lot of patients. The Ma was so pleasant and I Love the Dr she was great and explained everything she saw. I most definitely would recommend this office

The visit was very good. Much improved over the past. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating was the followup appointment was not available for 2 months instead of 4 weeks.
