I would highly recommend visiting for any and all your needs. The staff is amazing, very knowledgeable, supportive, kind and professional! Francesca NP listens to all my concerns and will not let you leave until you fully understand what’s going on with your care. She has a very kind demeanor and is so calming!

My first experience here at this facility . Was referred by family and was given high praise . Still my appointment exceeded my high expectations. Staff was amazing including Lucy and Luisa, Francisca was just as amazing as my wife said she would be . Thank you all , Perry

Came to get lip filler and everyone was so kind and answered any questions I had! The facility itself was very calm and relaxing, everything seemed very clean and organized! Joanne did my filler and she was so amazing! She had such a gentle hand and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable! She was so kind, I would definitely recommend her, and this facility! Thank you everyone for making my experience so pleasant!! :)

Firstly let me say I've only had recent bad experiences specifically with the dermatologist. The front office staff, as well as the medical assistants have been great. However since the office changed to Unified Health and Dr. Ring left, the wait times are at the very least about an hour and there seems to be a lack of one on one time with the current Dr. I had a recent appointment and during mid conversation she literally got up (apologized) but said she had to attend to another patient. I didn't even get 5 full minutes with her, the MA came into the room and asked if we were done and looked as confused as me because my guess is, no notes were given or orders by the Dr. I explained what happened he apologized and I let him know I'd request a refill from my pharmacy. He said he'd get the doctor to send the request over and that was that. I followed up with a visit and received the same lack of care or empathy and now I won't be returning, Nor will I continue my sons dermatology care here. Again, I loved this office and highly recommended Dr. Ring to friends and family. I can appreciate the high demand now with changes to coverage and type of insurance they accept but immediate changes need to be made starting with lowering the volume of appointments in a day to allow for adequate care.
