It was quite a pleasant experience for being a dermatologist facility. It was first clean, a pleasant atmosphere, pleasant and well knowledgeable receptionist. Quick, fast and in a hurry is myself being from a military background. Understanding, knowledgeable and straight out concerned with my goals, needs and hope is was received from the Dr. or Dermatologist. A well rounded young man who was surprisingly very professional for being a young gentleman. All in all I recommend California Dermatology Institute to everyone who is need of dermatology assistance. I love this clinic. Dr. Gonzalez was extremely thorough and addressed all of my concerns in a very professional and reassuring manner. I have seen many Dermatologists over the years but this was by far my best experience. Highly recommend!

Scam alert! They have a 24 hour cancellation policy so even though I wanted to cancel I couldn't. They call me 20 MINUTES before the appointment to cancel, I live 45 minutes away so I was already on my way. Spoke to a supervisor who did not care, all the people that I spoke to are in Asia...

When I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly personnel treated With respect wait time was very minimal and the doctor was very helpful to my needs

I had a telehealth appointment scheduled for almost 6 months ago. They called Monday to confirmed the appointment which I did . Last night at 6pm I get a call that I had to reschedule for today’s appointment and they only had certain times . Less than 24hoyrs notice of cancellation. I agreed to schedule for an earlier appointment. It was supposed to be at 8:20am this morning it’s 9:02 am . I called to ask why hasn’t the provider called , customer service was just trying to get off the phone because provider might call . Just not a great experience overall .
