My wife and I love Dr. Moffatt and his incredible staff. We found this office through heavy research under our strict criteria for a primary care physician. After visiting, we discovered that this office surpassed our expectations for the perfect doctor. The staff is fast, courteous and fun. Very family. We 💘 you guys, Moffatt office family.

I contacted this office as a new patient to make an appt to see the Dr for a regular checkup and physical. First issue was the office staff I spoke with seemed a little confused about my insurance and also said I couldn't schedule a physical for my first appt due to the Dr not having any availability for it for some time, but I was able to at least schedule an initial appt so I could get my existing prescription renewed/filled. I filled out all the paperwork and emailed it back and put in for leave from work since the appt was to be in the mid afternoon workday. I called the office about a day after sending my paperwork to confirm it was received and we scheduled an appt for about 3 days later for this initial visit. I showed up to my scheduled appt and the office staff person informed me she had tried to call me earlier in the day to let me know the Dr was out ill and couldn't see me any longer. I checked my phone and confirmed I had no missed calls and no voicemails left. The office said they were unable to leave me a message after confirming they had my correct phone number. I don't think anyone actually remembered to call me though as I know my phone/service were working fine as I received a missed call and voicemail from someone else earlier the same day...On top of that, I asked why the office couldn't have tried to call more than once, texted, or emailed and all they kept saying is we don't email, text, etc. I told them I had to take time off of work for this and would have appreciated more notice, but another staff person just said the Dr had a procedure yesterday and wasn't feeling well enough to come in. What's also weird is the office communicated back and forth with me over e-mail to get my paperwork and I also received a text the day before my appt to confirm the appt, which I did and got a reply confirmation afterward. I also find it strange that they don't make a little more effort to reach patients with scheduled appts that have to be cancelled other than one attempted phone call. I know that many Dr offices will require notice of a cancelled or rescheduled appt 24 hours in advance or they will charge you a fee for the late notice. Seems like this expectation should really go both ways or at least the patients should be treated with a little more respect since we also have our own schedules and obligations to attend to. It is really unfortunate as I was looking forward to seeing this Dr and establishing a relationship with the office, but I will not be returning or rescheduling due to these issues the office staff seems to be having with disorganization and incompetence.

Dr. Moffatt and team are amazing at tailoring needs to a patients desire in order to achieve great results. I go to Dr. Moffatt for skin therapy, minimally invasive face lift procedures, Botox, lip plumping and weight loss! Him and his team have helped me to achieve all of my beauty goals, and they LISTEN to what I want so they can deliver the best results possible.

We’ve been under Dr. Robert Moffatt’s care for over 19 years and remain impressed with his thoroughness and compassion, whether in his office or surgery. While we’ve moved out of the Ventura area, we still make the drive because we are confident we always get the best of medical treatment. Additionally, I have personally had a few aesthetic procedures and was very pleased with the results.

Dr Moffet is awesome. Great bedside manner. Listens well. Really happy to have him as my Doctor. His opinions and diagnosis have been dead on. Really understands his field.
