Dr Alex Letchman is a good doctor. He has a professional demeanor. He is on top of his game! On time and ready to go. He listenes attentively and makes me feel safe. I suffer from anxiety and having him acknowledge, express and explain what he is doing is so awsome and it helps me relax. Im glad I was referred to his office for my procedure. Thank you doctor. Shelly in his office is also great. Shelly has the bestest customer service. Shelly acknowledges you as soon as you arrive and provides adequate information with respect and with a huge smile.

10/10 highly recommend! Dr. Lechtman is beyond amazing at what he does. Very friendly, makes you feel so comfortable, listens to your wants/needs, very thorough and great at explaining processes and procedures. Answers any/all questions with lots of information so nothing goes unanswered. Staff is great at communication and calling back if needed. Dr. Lechtman, Naomi, and staff are all so welcoming and make you feel so comfortable in/out of the office. Not only is Dr. Lechtman thorough with information, but he was a perfectionist when marking before surgery which put me at such ease and made me have so much confidence in him. The breast reduction/lift Dr. Lechtman gave me absolutely changed my life and I will be forever grateful for him and his staff!

I had an amazing experience & I’m so grateful. I’ve been recommending everyone I know to Dr. Lechtman. His staff is so helpful and kind, they run things so professionally. Dr. Lechtman himself is a great man! You can tell he genuinely listens to you and cares, he’s funny too. I appreciated his humor, it made me feel less nervous. I was anxious about my procedure but he assured me that I was in great care & I absolutely was. They make sure to explain everything thoroughly to you so you feel confident and comfortable every step of the way! I’m so happy with my results!!!

In 2019 I underwent breast reduction surgery by Dr. Lechtman. Post surgery, it was clear that this procedure was botched. The color of both areolas were now very dark. It became apparent to me that Dr. Lechtman knew what was happening. I expressed my concerns to Dr. Lechtman however, his bedside manner was dismissive and detached. I realized he was not going to admit that he failed. I felt it was useless to continue my care with Dr. Lechtman therefore I did not return for any further Post Surgery appointments. As a result from this surgery , I am now disfigured!!! It was discovered later that my breast tissue died due to lack of blood flow. I was left with inverted areolas, extremely large lumps and scars. The care given to me by this doctor was inadequate at best. I regret my decision of placing my health in the hands of Dr. Lechtman. I am devastated by this outcome. As a result, I found a competent doctor which will result in multiple surgeries costing tens of thousands of dollars of my own money for reconstruction surgery.

I had a great experience. All off the staff are experienced and compassionate. They make sure you know what to do when you get home. And Dr. Lechtman is wonderful so gentle and a great bedside manner. He is very knowledgeable and does a wonderful job. I'm glad he is my Surgeon I feel like the luckiest woman in the world.
