Karen and Sarah are amazing!!! I got micro needling with Sarah and she was so sweet, informative, and was great walking me through the different options. I was super happy with my results. For some reason, I was a bit skeptical of visiting a chain for the procedures I wanted, wondering about the likelihood of finding high-quality service. Luckily my expectations were exceeded across the board, from the helpfulness of the front desk to the professionalism and care of Shelly, who performed my treatments. First off, she made an excellent impression at the consultation, offering a conservative plan that targeted our specific concerns instead of trying to oversell us. She made me SO comfortable during my procedures. What I loved was how seriously she takes pain management, and she actually gave me an accurate picture of what to expect in terms of pain and after care. One treatment I got was a Halo laser, and the experience, thanks to Shelly, was a million times better than laser experiences I’ve had in the past. The office itself is clean, modern, and made a trustworthy impression.
