My mom and I came in for the first time today, and we were immediately impressed by the location, aesthetic, and service! Eva and Marisa in the front are extremely accommodating and made the check-in process so seamless, and nurse Melissa made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entirety of our treatments. All three girls also took the time to educate us in depth on the services we were receiving, so we felt safe (and beautiful) every step of the way. Big thank you to this facility, we are so glad to have found our new favorite MedSpa! 💕

I had a wonderful experience at the WeHo Dr. Laser’s office! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Brynn made the check-in process seamless, and Deanna was so attentive during my treatment, ensuring I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Laser was knowledgeable and thorough, explaining everything clearly. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for top-notch care!

My treatment was amazing, I had both laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation. Suzanne was extremely friendly and helpful on Reception and Lucine made sure I was comfortable, talking me through the procedures and making sure I was ok thorughout. Highly recommend . Thankyou

The services here seem to be fine, but the front desk and phone staff are so difficult. My first visit I waited 10 minutes to be checked in while the lady at the front desk chatted casually with the customer in front of me. I finally was handed the paperwork to fill out, which could have been filled out online ahead of time, but they don’t have any system set up for this. They also don’t have a booking portal, so you have to call or email to schedule. Half the time no one answers the phone, and they’re slow to answer emails. When I did get ahold of someone on the phone to reschedule my follow up, she was mumbling and sounded annoyed that I was requesting to make another appointment. At the end when I tried to ask about an email or text confirmation (which you don’t get), she hung up on me. The place also isn’t the nicest looking; the couch in the waiting room has stains and is in a very small room, so it’s a little weird if you’re waiting in there with multiple people. Considering all the other med spas in LA offering these services, this isn’t the place to go.

I’ve had great experiences with DrLaser at both Santa Monica and Hollywood locations! Paris, who did my skin rejuvenation was so awesome and knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had.
