Very happy with Dr. Walker. I was a new patient. I arrived 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork which I feel that could have been done prior to my visit. I had to waited 35 minutes (after paperwork) in the 2nd waiting room to see the doctor. Very frustrating.

Absolutely phenomenal experience and results!! Having become personally accustomed to beauty procedures over the last decade, Berman has always delivered. I wanted to take time to specifically thank the Yuba City location and my provider Kyla who is an artist. She is great at listening and developing personalized plans for subtle and beautiful enhancements. From botox to fillers she is her, period. So grateful and will return and refer without question. I decided I wanted to do a facial rejuvenation/makeover but I wanted to 'head out of town' for procedures like botox. I called the Yuba City branch of the Berman Skin Institute. I was pleasantly surprised when Casey Whiteley (RN) picked up the phone to schedule an evaluation. I didn't want to do an evaluation and have to make another appointment for a procedure. What I learned is Casey does an evaluation and is ready and willing to do Botox right then and there at a fair and reasonable price! Turns out, Casey is a young, vibrant Registered Nurse who is professional. She knows the latest technology and applications. Botox is marketed as a simple procedure. But I learned it takes someone who has skill and talent to know how much botox and where to apply to bring about great results. Casey is gracious and humble. There were no waiting time needlessly in a reception room. Casey gave me informed options with no pressure to do any procedure at all. A free evaluation essentially. I am so delighted with Casey's skill as a professional I scheduled micro needling after botox on my free follow up for $649 to really get the callegen going! Fair prices, no games, no waiting with a highly skilled professional.

Phil and her team at Berman Skin Care in Yuba City are awesome! She is kind, attentive to my needs, and thorough. I always feel as though I am her only priority. Phil and team keep my skin healthy and cancer free!
