Kaitlyn is amazing. I just didn't like how there were 2 new people in the room at first with me with no heads up. I think Kaitlyn does everything very efficient, professional and timely so the others are not needed. With procedures that can be personal and a little anxiety provoking, the less people staring at you during a procedure that you don't know the better. I asked for them not to be in the room. Otherwise, good service.
