Dr. Kim and the entire staff is very warm and welcoming. After my first visit I knew I would definitely be a returning patient. I don't think I've ever met friendlier front desk staff at a doctor's office. The MA's are great and super kind! Dr. Kim takes the time to address any concerns in a kind and professional manner.

Sue and the team are very inviting and the music is relaxing and allows a cool reception. Dr. Kim was professional and made me feel like things would get better. Dahyami, the assistant was very personable and had a smile when directing me. First experience is always the most impactful! Try them out—I’m sure things will get better, as I have never had skin issues… Dopeness!!!💙

Everyone was kind and helpful. They listened to my needs, figured out a solution, and didn’t make me feel stupid for my own belief system, just wanted to improve my life. While Doctor Kim was fantastic, Parker his Aid, if I am getting her title correct, was AMAZING. She worked getting my prescriptions between appointments, and coordinated between the insurance and prescription companies amazingly. To the point that all I needed to do was give my permissions, everything else was getting taken care of. Thanks to all the staff!

I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical about trying a new place for Botox. But I’m so glad I gave Dr. Sang Kim's office a chance. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that I was in good hands. Dr. Kim took the time to explain the Botox procedure in detail and made sure I felt comfortable before we started. His gentle technique put me at ease, and I barely felt the injections. Within a few days, I could see a real difference—my forehead lines and crow's feet looked much smoother, but still completely natural. What really impressed me, though, was Dr. Kim's attention to detail. During the consultation, he noticed the port-wine stain on my face and mentioned that there are treatments available that could help reduce its appearance. He wasn’t pushy about it at all, just genuinely helpful in offering some options. I appreciated that he was looking out for me beyond just the reason I initially came in for. I also have to give credit to Soo Kim, Dr. Kim's wife, who helps out at the office. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, which helped ease my initial skepticism about trying a new place. She made sure I was taken care of from start to finish, and her friendly presence made the whole experience feel more personal. I’m definitely planning to come back for the port-wine stain treatment that Dr. Kim recommended. I left feeling like I found a new place I can trust, and I highly recommend Dr. Sang Kim and his team for anyone looking for a dermatologist who truly cares.
