I was coming to see the doctor because I was very sick. They said the next one is 10:30, which is 2 hours wait, that’s fine. When they finally called me in, they did some check ups and testing. The doctor concluded I got the Virus. But she didn’t gave me any medicine, or a flu shot or something. The only thing she told me go home and rest. How can I rest since I look so pale? Other than that, they charged me $208 for the doctor visit, which is help me nothing. The Vail health system is a joke. The whole administration does a very good to make sure the patient pay their bill. Please take care of your patients properly rather than their money. STOP BEING GREEDY! Later on, I bought the Tylenol cold severe and took it a few times. Now I can able to get up and walk. I gave it 2 stars because the doctor is nice.

I just met with Dr. Olson, MD, PHD - endocrinology. What an awful experience. He was disrespectful toward me from the time he walked into the room and I’m not exactly sure why. I’m completely tipped over emotionally right now and I was hoping to speak with an expert on why that might be. Rather than take the time to communicate with me, he put together a hand written note (even took a picture of it) , handed it to me and said we were done with the appointment because that was all he was willing to do at this time. I asked if I was allowed to ask questions about his notes, to which he finally clarified that he did not think my lung nodules or the nodule on my adrenal gland was a big deal. I cried the entire appointment through as this feels like a big deal to me. Moreover, he’s an endocrinologist and he should have worked with me to figure out the problem. Instead I was completely dismissed. Not only is Dr. Olson a poor medical professional as I left the appointment knowing nothing more than before I entered, he was dismissive, rude and completely unprofessional.

I was so disappointed by my service here. I first called before coming and was told out of pocket would be $200-300 “depending on what I get done”. The woman at the front desk suddenly told me it’s $345 which I thought okay it’s a lot more than I was expecting but not too off from the original quote. Then she tells me she “had the wrong pay code” and the price shot up to $465. Seems like a damn scam to me. They couldn’t even tell me what’s wrong with me and I had to beg for a drs note which was stupid cos they put that I’m able to go to work right away. I was 10000% not okay enough to even go to work.

Seeing Dr. Dell’Era , urologist for blood in my urine was a total waste of time . No examination but only non beneficiary conversation which lead to leaving a urine sample which I could have done without wasted time of seeing him . Ordered a CT test letting me know he’d call me once results were in . Several days after the test , I had to call his office for my test results . Told he was in surgery but get back to me that or next day . Obviously that didn’t happen as only the following week ( 4 days after my call ) did his nurse , not Dr Della’Era as promised , call me sharing less information than the CT tech who performed my CT shared with me on Kidney Stone She said his instruction , with absolutely no reasoning , was he has scheduled another CT ????? As most intelligent people would do at this point was to cancel any further dealing with Colorado Mountain Medical which I immediately did . To bad as at one time it was a good medical provider which has totally changed with the new owner, Vail Health.

I had a very unpleasant experience when trying to schedule an appointment over the phone. The person who answered was rude and seemed unable to understand my questions or needs. Not only did they fail to assist me, but they also abruptly hung up the call, so I did not schedule an appointment. It's disappointing to receive this kind of treatment when seeking medical care. I hope they improve their customer service.
