I recently visited Boulder Valley Center for Dermatology and had an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They were not only friendly but also very helpful, ensuring that all my questions were answered. The doctor was fantastic—professional yet approachable, making me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. I was impressed by how quickly they responded to my needs and concerns. Overall, I highly recommend Boulder Valley Center for Dermatology for anyone seeking quality dermatological care with a truly caring team!

I went to this office for a simple procedure, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. After paying my copay, I was hit with an additional bill for $132 from the office, as well as a $792 bill from the lab. The procedure itself not only failed to reduce my scar but left me in worse condition than before. I now have nerve damage that causes excruciating pain, often waking me up at night. I was never informed that these types of complications were a possibility, and if I had been, I would have never gone through with it. The scar is now even larger than it was before the procedure. I reached out to the office to express my concerns about the physical pain and the unexpected bills, hoping they would assist with reducing some of the charges, but it’s been over two months and they promised I would hear from someone about it but I have not heard anything. The lack of communication and support is incredibly frustrating, and I feel completely disregarded. I cannot justify paying nearly $1000 for a procedure that left me in worse condition, both physically and financially. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this office to anyone. The charges are excessive, and the office has been unresponsive to my concerns. I’m deeply dissatisfied and regret choosing this place for my care. I am horrified that I have to live with this pain and worsening condition and am still expected to pay such an insane amount of money for it.

I had a very possitive experience. I went to the office in Boulder this time and was taken care of by Brook Weinberger and her assistant Linda. Both were very caring and patient when taking me in and checking me thoroughly. Brook is very knowledgable and professional. The office is well lit and clean. The staff at the office makes you feel comfortable and supported. I will recommend them and i will be back.

People are really nice at this location, but just be aware that there are separate bills for each appointment (one charged by the office and one charged by the doctor). I was charged $1,500 for 3 visits and a mole removal by the Boulder Valley office-- but then several weeks later was sent an additional bill for $1,500 that was just for the doctor (billed from CU Medical Department). I wasn't aware up front of the double cost even when I had asked pricing, so just be aware that what you are quoted may be double.

Excellent experience with this Dermatology Center! The whole staff and doctors are wonderful. I found Dr. Brook Weinburger to be very warm, patient, unrushed, friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable with her and her assistant was warm and friendly as well. Thank you so much for the thorough and superb care!🙏
