Easy to make appointment on phone. Used patient portal for forms, health history, and insurance. Very nice office and wonderful staff! Dr. Curry friendly, thorough exam, and explanation of findings.

I struggle with acne and Dr. Pederson is one of the best dermatologists I have seen (and I’ve done a lot of searching). She is so thorough, knowledgeable, and transparent. My acne (after 15 years) is finally cleared because of her. I also have dealt with scalp psoriasis that she cleared as well. She is always ready to answer any questions I have and I don’t feel rushed or judged at all. The other staff members are so kind, helpful, and amazing as well. I highly recommend her and her team!

I would not recommend Clarity for cystic acne for 3 reasons. First despite being specifically told by the Dr to call in and make a same day 10min apt. (when a cyst starts, as timing is key and giving the impression same day apts are obtainable), it became apparent that apts for that 10min procedure were never possible for the 8 or so months acne treatment took. Clarity could only offer apt's for a 10 min cyst shot, in a week or two. By then the cyst is developed, large and painful. I would find a provider who can give treatment immediately, which is especially important for teenagers. Additionally, at a 2nd apt the Dr accompanied by her assistant, directed the assistants shadowing new staff member AND another shadowing physicians assistant into the room to learn. This meant there were four young women professionals in the room leaning against the wall staring at my teenage son who felt self conscious already with his acne. I actually had to request the additional 3 people leave the room after my son became emotionally affected . Completely insensitive by the Dr and her assistant. The third challenging issue at Clarity was the many new receptionists who constantly had issues with knowledge base, making apts, and attitude. This made the phone calls to schedule monthly apts something to dread. After reading the response from medical office, I would clarify we have finished treatment for this family member. And will not take up Clarity's offer to phone in again to set up an apt. For our second family member who has exactly the same medical need we have moved to K2 dermatology. Our experience with K2 has been exceptionally good from the admin who are very professional and friendly without an attitude, to the clinical providers who have gone out of their way to provide authentic and 360 degree care. Really a very different and welcome experience.

My experience at Clarity was exceptional! After much research, education, and guidance from Dr. Pederson and Brecke, I chose to travel from out of state to receive IGSRT. Brecke provided my treatment and she is absolutely incredible! She patiently answered all questions and did not dismiss concerns. I felt completely confident in her hands and the results are beyond what I imagined. Every staff member is warm, professional, and attentive. After my first visit, Lenna called me by name each time I entered. Highest praise for Clarity - one of my best decisions!

In am new to Boulder and was visiting Niwot when I happened to walk into the office for Clarity dermatology. My first introduction was “ Ms Lena” and that set the tone for everything that followed. I had such an incredible experience and visit with Dr Pederson , she is very lovely and very thorough and asked me all medical related questions and concerns, but she took her time and explained everything. Her staff is amazing and just as professional and kind . I am glad I found a good dermatologist in Boulder . Thank you Ms Lena and Dr Pederson.
