I didn’t even fully finish trying to schedule an appointment as a NEW PATIENT. Not sure what her name was, Julie or Judy scheduling patients was EXTREMELY rude. After I told her I had not been seen there before she sharply asked for my insurance with incredible attitude. Her tone the whole conversation was that nasty attitude, sets a good picture for the kind of establishment. I’ll gladly schedule somewhere else thanks Julie!👋🏼

I had an appointment with Dr. Kathleen Engeln at this clinic, and after waiting over a month, I was met with complete disappointment. Dr. Engeln seemed rushed, bothered by my presence, and acted like she had more important things to do. Her responses were so short and dismissive that I felt uncomfortable even asking her any questions. I don’t know if she hates her job or if she’s dealing with personal issues that she’s bringing to work, but she definitely shouldn’t be in a profession that requires caring for people. She spent only three minutes with me, didn’t address my concerns, and left me feeling like an inconvenience. I left the clinic with a terrible feeling, and I will never, ever come back. I certainly wouldn’t want to see this woman again with her bad attitude, let alone have her be responsible for my care. Don't come here! Find somewhere else to go. Belive me the 3.5 was earned for a reason. I gotta say that the front desk was a nice and the medical assistant was nice but that doesnt justify the Doctors nasty attitute.

Seriously? $75 cancelation fee when I called 24+ hours to cancel? I canceled bc this practice did NOTHING for my son. Send me to collections. Please. I'll pay $1 per day.

It has taken me some time to decide to do this post. I went in February and felt like I was a burden by the Dr. I was literally with the doctor 3 min and was told that I would have to come back to have a full body scan. When that was the reason I went in the first place. I feel like they do this to get more money out of their patients. I will be finding a Dr. with better bed side manner and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

I love this office! Wendy and her staff are all professional and give excellent care. It's nice to have someone who not only cares FOR you but also cares ABOUT you. All calls go to the main office and they schedule for all locations so realize that you're not talking to this office when you call.
