I can appreciate doctor offices being busy and delays do happen. When I show up at 2pm for a 2:30p appointment and you don't even call me back until 3p then make me wait another 15 minutes before I just walked out. It's inexcusable to make patients wait this long without even acknowledging delays or asking if I want to reschedule. Simple customer service can go a long way. I shall be taking my business elsewhere. Other patients be forewarned.

By far the friendliest office I’ve ever been to! Desk staff and Dr. Orton were both great. I was able to be seen with short notice to put stitches in and my skin looks great - no scarring!

Colorado Skin saved my skin! Edina is the best and I am so blessed to have found her. I came here for a dermatology appointment after I spent thousands of dollars with an esthetician and my skin was destroyed. I couldn't even look in the mirror. My dermatologist was very thorough (which was important as melanoma runs in my family). She suggested I see their "amazing" esthetician Edina. I was skeptical after my last experience but I am so glad I did. Edina's acne facial is life changing, after the first visit I noticed a difference. She truly makes you feel at home and I absolutely love talking to her. I looked forward to our sessions every month. Shs is highly educated and answers any questions I have and SUGGESTS products. No one forces you to purchase products (but you'll want to their product are amazing, made in-house and 1/4 of the price of other products). This was huge for me since I had to throw out 100s of dollars in products because the last esthetician I went to switched up my entire routine and I had no idea what was ruining my skin. But I will say my face has never looked better since using some of the Colorado Skin Products and we are slowly introducing them to my skin. I could go on and on... I'm so glad I found this place. It's a one stop shop for everything! I cannot recommend them enough Thank you so much Colorado Skin & Edina you guys are the best!!

Dr. Francis and her staff are excellent. They’re often able to get me in for urgent or emergent items and have great follow up care. I’ve had several dermatologists and will highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a dermatologist in the centennial area.
