I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Jain and his staff! I had four offices in town that I wanted to do consultations with. I didn’t go to two of them as the receptionists were so rude and unhelpful. The receptionists at the Institute of Plastic Surgery were always kind, welcoming, and helpful. When I did meet with Dr. Jain, he was so helpful and gave me very realistic expectations of what was going to happen. He consulted with me and lead me in the right direction. Everything went so smoothly the day of my surgery. I had probably 7-8 follow up appointments afterwards. They really want to make sure you are healing well and have beautiful results. Dr. Jain’s nurse, Ashley, was so knowledgeable and always clearly communicated what to expect next. My results were beautiful and better than I expected. I would definitely refer family and friends for any of their needs!
