This was the most unprofessional experience in a medical facility that I have ever experienced. I had been receiving pellets for the past three years from a different provider in Denver and was looking for a more cost effective solution. During consultation the communication was casual and truthfully all over the place in content. Andy told me that he had done this procedure many times and the dosing is not difficult. I was told labs would cost $100 in the office but I could use quest if I wanted to use quest……note for later. My prior provider would alternate hips to prevent long term scarring on one side or the other. I commented that I couldn’t remember which hip was used last. “Oh, it doesn’t really matter” So I said let’s start on my right. “We have you set up for the left”. I made a note of how the surgical equipment was set up and determined that most likely they would be performing the procedure on my left hip every time. There was not a protective sheet on the table ….. note for later. Procedure is over in less than five minutes which is normal. Andy inserted my pellets and another tech bandaged me up. From what I gathered she seemed new. Andy told me about Dim a supplement that affects bad and good estrogen. I agreed to try it. He told the tech to provide me with the Dim and charged $60 for a 3 month supply. I left and went back to work. After my 12 minute drive. I went directly to the restroom and noticed my white shirt soaked with blood. My dressings from the procedure were soaked through along with my clothes. I returned to the office, they immediately took me back. All that Andy could say was that the bleeding stopped and he had never had this happen before. Over and Over but not once did he apologize. He left and another tech with blond hair assuming she was the office manager was empathetic and was understanding of my plight after Andy left the room. She left me alone so that I could calm down as I was trembling and emotional. Andy came back and apologized (assuming the person told him to). looked at the new dressings to make sure the bleeding stopped. He would note my file and give me $25 off of my next treatment. When I got home I opened the bag of Dim to find that the pills were in unmarked pill containers with no instructions or labels on them for dosing. So, I have no idea what is in those bottles. Back to the labs…I would never let anyone in that office touch me to draw blood. I had laid on that uncovered leather table with blood all over my clothes. Hopefully, it was sanitized after I left. Instincts tell me it was not.

I was referred by my lash tech and this place was amazing. I highly recommend. They were so thorough and knowledgeable and helpful.
