I definitely recommend Genesis for all your beauty needs! From injections to facials and lasers all of the girls here are so wonderful and sweet and have the best touch with what they do! The experience and knowledge they have is exceptional and they have always been the most delicate and gentle with everything they do leaving you with the best looking results! Between my cheeks, chin and my lips I am loving my results, my skin is absolutely glowing!

Chelsea is amazing! It was truly the best Botox experience I have ever had. I am typically afraid of needles but she made it seemingly painless and her demeanor and energy is calming and professional. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Genesis Spa. On January 21st, I drove 45 minutes in icy, dangerous conditions, with temperatures at just 15 degrees, to make my appointment. Despite arriving only 8 minutes late due to the weather, I was turned away and told I needed to reschedule. The lack of understanding and flexibility was incredibly frustrating, especially since just a week prior, Genesis Spa had to reschedule my appointment due to their device being broken—a situation I accommodated without issue. It seems this courtesy is not extended to their clients. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, making me feel undervalued as a customer. The attitude they displayed was unprofessional and left a lasting negative impression. This experience showed a complete disregard for their clients' time and safety. Genesis Spa has lost my business, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Things have changed, particularly at front /sales desk. Mediocre in friendliness. Rude if you email a question. Dr. J, Injections and care still great after decades, but not all is as it seems on social media. Watch your receipts, and don’t dare ask a question. “Front desk or sales” gets super defensive quickly. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on for services.

This was a wonderful experience, especially my first time getting fillers. I was very nervous, but the staff was so friendly, assuring and welcoming. I highly recommend this med spa and I will definitely be returning! Cannot say enough about how great the experience was!
