I am so happy that I found Springs Aesthetics! After contemplating getting fillers for a long time, I finally took the plunge. Melissa is so professional, patient and sweet! She explained everything in great detail and in terms that I could understand. I was very nervous and had alot of questions. I felt completely comfortable with the procedure. And the results... exactly what I was looking for! I should have done this a long time ago!! I highly recommend Melissa and Springs Aesthetics!

Dr. Burroughs is such a wonderful surgeon with a relaxed, friendly bedside manor. The staff is so helpful and nice. I'm so happy we found this office. 12/10 experience.

While I am still healing and waiting to see the final results, my experience with Dr. Burroughs and his entire staff was absolutely phenomenal. I had a lower face lift with facetite/neck tite and microneedling. The procedure was smooth and free of incident. The office is modern and beautiful. Every encounter I had with the staff was warm and friendly. I also appreciated that Dr. Burroughs has a sense of humor (so many surgeons have terrible bed side manner, and this is not the case with Dr. Burroughs). I felt safe and cared for without fail the entire time. Bonus: I was scheduled very quickly! I’ll update with my end result, but I feel very confident I will have zero complaints! I will absolutely be returning for my skin care and aesthetic needs!

Melissa perfectly understood exactly what I wanted for my lips. After my initial appointment, I followed up, and we both agreed that one more session of injections would really help. I couldn’t be happier! I felt so comfortable in the chair—it was such a relief to have someone truly listen to what I was looking for and guide me through the process to achieve the results I wanted.

Dr Burroughs and his staff are amazing. It has been over a year since I had a blepharoplasty and mini lift. I looked so tired all the time, but he gave me a fresh and renewed look.
