Don’t waste your time with this practice. After arriving 15 min early, I waited an hour to be seen. Dr. Hagan spent less than 10 minutes with me, rushed through the appointment, and did not ask for consent once. She also told me to hurry up at one point. Additionally, I wasn’t told until the appointment started that they can only address one issue per appointment. This needs to be communicated way earlier when appointments are being scheduled. Extremely unprofessional and they do not prioritize patients with medical issues. I did not feel well cared for and will not be returning.

STAY AWAY! I went in to get a wart removed. While waiting for the doctor, the nurse had asked if I had any questions for the doctor. I said “Sure, I have a little dry skin on my face if she wouldn’t mind checking that out.” Doc diagnosed it as dry skin, prescribed some steroid cream. When I was done with the appointment, they charged an extra $100. Reason being, I was there for a “procedure” and they had to charge me for a “doctor visit”. I said if I had known that, I wouldn’t have asked the doctor anything and refused the script. I called their offices to argue the charges and they said they would get back to me. 3 weeks later, no word and I had to call back 3 times to get a hold of someone for them to tell me the charges stand. Insurance reached out to put a hold on the charge while I got it figured out, and even that they could not handle. Currently a month delinquent on this charge because I was told there was a hold on the account. This place will nickel and dime you in anyway possible. If you are someone who values transparency, avoid this place like the plague.

Very pleasant staff, both medical and office staff. They handle a busy patient load with timely appointments. Anya is a very knowledgeable provider and easy to understand. I always enjoy going here.

This is one of the most unprofessional and non-accommodating offices I have ever been to. I called from the parking lot letting them know I was about five minutes late - due to the parking situation. They told me it was no problem and instructed me to come up. I called because the parking situation was very unclear and no information was provided ahead of time. When I got up to the office. They turned me away. I was eight minutes late. Not only was it incredibly embarrassing to come up after being told to come up to the office - their communication in-house is clearly very poor. It was a frustrating way to start your day. On top of all this, they told me they had to cancel my appointment because I didn't know up 10 minutes early. In none of the several texts and emails they sent me did they ever ask me to come early. They called me to reschedule the next day, which was also incredibly frustrating. Why in god's name would I go back to your office? It was also great to see all the other staff just stand by as I was turned away. Not a good look for such a "busy" office. I have already booked an appointment elsewhere. Trash.

Avoid going here at all costs unless you enjoy lighting your money on fire - I was seen by a doctor for an appointment that lasted under 10 minutes. The doctor was not helpful and rushed me out. A month later I was billed $500 for the visit, which my insurance, not surprisingly, didn't cover. I called in and spoke with a manager who said it was a "new patient fee", which was never advertised or caveated before my appointment. I asked for them to waive the fee and the person I spoke with said she'd have to ask her manager and would get back to me in 24 hours. No one ever got back to me and now they won't answer or return any of my follow up calls or messages. Having to pay this nonsensical fee because they are sending me emails threatening to take me to collections and meanwhile I can't get through to anyone on the phone. Really unprofessional and almost an outright scam.
