My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Dr. DeBord and his team! Dr. DeBord is professional, knowledgeable, and takes time to explain everything. Shantae, the medical assistant, was warm, efficient, and made me feel comfortable. Yazmin at the front desk was friendly and organized. The whole team provides excellent care, and I highly recommend them!

This was my first time as a new patient. The office is beautiful. The wait time was minimal. They got me in before my coffee could finish brewing!! I really like the staff and Dr. Logan was awesome!! This is super close to downtown so it’s convenient for me. Refreshing to find such a great place to help me with my skin.
What an experience. I had about a 3 inch fatty lipoma to get removed. The process leading up to everything was smooth and the lipoma came right out. I had stitches in for about 10 days. Once removed, Dr. Shah didn't even come in to double check the stitch removal. I was not given any recovery gel, bandages, etc to ensure I can clean and take care of the wound. Once I notified them I wasn't given anything, I had to drive back to the office (during work hours). I was told after 2 weeks I would be good to return to physical activity. Unfortunately, that was not the case. It has been almost 5 weeks since getting my stitches removed and I still have a hole in my chest. The bottom layer stitches (I was told they would dissolve) are now popping up out of the hole in my chest. I followed the office's instructions to use their app to communicate and it took over 8 messages to get anyone from the office to call me back. We finally scheduled a new appointment to come in and get it checked by Dr. Shah. I blocked my work calendar and even actively told my leadership I would be out for a Dr. Appt on 2/20. Unfortunately, Epiphany Dermatology scheduled my appt for 2/19 even though I mentioned I was unavailable that day. Now I am forced to see a new Dr. to get checked since calendars are no longer open. I am tired. I just wish to be treated like a true patient who paid over $600 (after insurance) for an excision directly on my chest. I can only speak for myself, but I have had a terrible experience that is truly messing with my health! I have not been able to be active in almost 2 months because of this experience. Dr. Shah is a very kind a respectful person and I recognize this is not his intention. I also believe the staff does their best with what they are given. A lot of situations are out of their control. However, I am a patient of this medical office and I wish my experience had been filled with more support, empathy, and respect for my well being. Update: After working closely with Dr. Shah, the entire team improved my experience. They took good care of me and provided me with resources to have stronger home care. I plan on seeing Dr. Shah every few months until fully healed, but I truly appreciate the effort from him and his staff to improve my health and experience.
I cannot say enough how much I appreciated Dr. Rutherford. She was attentive, compassionate, and accommodating. In many ways it felt like she went above and beyond. I’ve also seen Dr. Debord, and he is equally as thoughtful and thorough. Highly recommend!
