Marina is the best!! I had Bell’s Palsy years ago and have permanent paralysis on one side of my forehead, with Marina's expertise in Botox she was able to even out my facial expressions and now you can't even tell! She is very honest, professional, and SUPER knowledgeable. She explains everything in great detail and will leave you looking very natural. I highly recommended making an appointment with Marina…you won’t leave disappointed!!

Maritza was amazing! She was very patient, answered all my questions at the consultation, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire lip filler appt, I barely felt a thing. I will definitely be back.

I live in a small town without the services Innovative Aesthetics provides. I called around to a few places before scheduling an appointment while I would be in the area. This facility was by far my first choice, and I was lucky enough to get an appointment. I have a couple of medical concerns, and they were very attentive about getting information, consulting with their doctor and having me consult with mine. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing no harm far exceeds any other facility I spoke with. Once I was there and met Marina and Carla, I felt welcomed and cared for. My treatment was with Carla and Marina was instrumental in getting everything set up for me. They were both kind and thorough during my consultation to be sure I selected the right services for my skin. Carla was so pleasant during my treatment and really took her time. I never felt rushed even though I’m not local. I will absolutely return any time I am in Denver.

I LOVE Innovative Aesthetics, their experienced/knowledgeable staff, and the owner who is hands-on and wonderful. I felt warmly welcomed and cared for getting laser hair removal at their Lowry location. Their office in Southlands is also awesome, I've been there repeatedly. Ive been to tons of med spas, and Innovative Aesthetics stands out as the most comfortable atmosphere with all the skincare options I could possibly need. Love!

I bought two packages of laser hair removal here. I received half my services and was told the company is closing down. I was told by the employee there that I would receive my refund within 2 weeks. I got a reciept for proof of purchase with the amount I would be refunded. I did not receive my refund (I gave them a month because I understand closing a company can be hectic) I called after that month and got no answer multiple times. Finally, I got a hold of someone, and they said they weren't closed and I would not be receiving my refund. I was not contacted about this for 2 months. I was left in the dark. I dont know if they wanted me to forget? So essentially I was lied to and scammed. I spoke to Marizia, and she said Connie, the owner, would contact me about this. Another week passed, and I have heard nothing. I called again, and once again, there was no answer. Before this happened, I would have recommended this place, but after this, I feel really taken advantage of. I am writing this hoping I can get a call or email back. I just want my refund because I don't trust this place ALSO company said clients will get free facial if they leave 5star review. so read those reviews with that inmind.
