I would not recommend this office for anything having to do with skin cancer. They never called me back with my lab results that indicated I had skin cancer on my eye lid, I had to call them, and then was lied to about the date they received the results (almost a month before I called them). They were very unaccommodating and only apologetic after the fact when I tried to ask for help with the bill for the lab work they mishandled (which they couldn’t help me with). The office manager claims she talked to me and apologized, but we never spoke before today. Furthermore, the procedure they were recommending to excise the cancer was way more invasive than ended up being necessary. Thankfully I got a second opinion. Very poor experience overall that left me feeling very disregarded and manipulated.

I am very grateful to Dr. Sitole for the amazing skill he showed when he did surgery on my eyelids to correct my asymmetrical shaped eyes. He and his staff were caring and professional, and I would recommend Dr. Sitole as a highly skilled surgeon. I can’t thank him enough for making it possible for me to go without glasses and feeling comfortable.

I saw Dr. Patel for an ongoing eye issue. I was treated incredibly poorly, my issue was shrugged off, and I was told it was likely eczema. The doctor never looked at my eye, never touched my eye and chewed me out of her office after prescribing the exact same medication I had already been on for going on three months because of this issue. After waiting another six weeks for a second referral, I was finally diagnosed correctly by a completely different doctor. Do not go to this doctor. It was a terrible experience. She has a terrible bedside manner and has absolutely no caring bone in her body.

Successfully removed excess skin from my eyelids. Easy procedure, see better now, more light, less tired eyes, and no one has noticed any difference. Highly recommend Dr Patel, she was great.

Dr. Sitole and staff are remarkably supportive and professional. They explained the entire process and what to expect during and after the surgery. Everyone says my eyes look great and I look much younger! Thank you Dr Sitole!
