Had the best experience with Char! She made sure to talk through everything with me, explaining placement of the Botox and expected results. She listened to all my concerns and I’m so happy with the results!

Very unhappy with my experience with Char. I was referred by a friend and ending up spending $540 on my Botox for 43 units at $13/unit when she had been promoting $10/unit on her Instagram. After a week or so my Botox injections began to settle over my eyebrows and essentially the treatment did nothing for the lines in my forehead that I had come to address. I contacted Char to discuss the situation a couple of weeks after the treatment. Rather than working with me to make the situation right and discuss options - she tried to sell me additional treatment telling me that I would need at least another 30-40 units. When discussing she mentioned that the breakpoints for the units were at 50 units for $10/unit. She did not tell me this in our initial consult. I wrote a Google review about my experience and she contacted me to ask me to remove and assured me that she would make the situation right. Once my review was taken down I made a subsequent appointment with her to get additional units at a retroactive discount and she suggested that I cancel my appointment because our “trust had been broken” because I left an honest review about my experience. She recommended I go elsewhere. In my experience working with health providers I have never been treated this way and I have never felt more uncomfortable working with a medical professional. I do not recommend working with Char.

I have been treated by Charlotte twice now with Botox and have loved the results. She does a great job listening to exactly what results you'd like to achieve, and setting up a treatment plan. She's very knowledgeable about anatomy and how much product is necessary. She is very warm and friendly and has a great setup in an awesome location. I will continue going back and highly recommend her services!

I had a great experience and really loved my results with char she was so nice and had a great results. We did PRP in my undereyes and Botox in my forehead and I really love it.

I recently had a Tixel treatment with Char and it was great! She walked me through the process and consistently checked on how I was doing throughout the treatment. Also, Char has such a kind and empathetic energy about her, so I enjoyed spending my time in her office. It was a wonderful experience overall and I will definitely be back for her other services!
