Pamela Hatten RN Med Spa

New to the area and it was super easy to make an appointment, staff was quick to respond to questions and discuss options. On the day of my appointment, everyone was friendly and efficient.

I called Pamela Hatten’s office last Friday to make an appointment for Botox and Fillers but didn’t hear back during the day, until Deb, the office guru texted me at 8:30 that night that they had an opening on Wednesday 9/27 @ 2:00. I quickly responded to Deb who told me to come by to pick up some numbing cream so I went to the office on Tuesday to pick up the cream and today had an incredible time with both Deb and Pamela. Deb greeted me, had me fill out medical history, then introduced me to Pamela who is a Nurse and the best injector I have ever experienced. After looking at my face, asking about any concerns I had, Pamela gave me her suggestions and I agreed with her 100%. What I loved was Deb was in the room the whole time talking and giving the best bedside manner, while Pamela took her time to make sure I would love the results which I did. I will go back next month to have some filler done in my lips, so if your are looking for some beautification then this is the best place to come. I have been to the best Dermatologists in LA, DC and AZ and by far spending a full hour with them both made my day!!!

I enjoy my time at Pamela’s Med Spa. Pam is amazing at what she does. I trust her work and her opinions. She and Deb are a great team. They have all created such a clean and friendly atmosphere, it’s easy to want to be there with them.

I would give 6 out of 5 stars if possible. Amazing service all around.

She tailors treatments to your specific needs. The atmosphere is peaceful and comfortable. Pamela and Deb always make me feel wonderful!
